About Guirkin

Guirkin Plumbing, Heating& Air Conditioning CO., LLC was established and started business in 1976. We started out in new house work and other small jobs. Within 10 years we had 20-30 employees and were branching out in new directions, such as small commercial jobs.

In 1996, we decided to change the focus of our business from new homes to residential service. At that time we added heating and air-conditioning services, as well as gas log installation. We offer complete residential services; plumbing, heating, A/C, gas logs, sewer and water line replacement, and sewer rooter services. We can also help you with complete bathroom and kitchen remodeling.

Currently we have 7 service vans and 3 office personnel. We take pride in our customer service and offer a one-year guarantee on all work, unless otherwise specified.

We are a member in good standing of the Central Virginia better Business Bureau.
